We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator for our office in Ballincollig. In this full time role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The main duties will include the following:
- Reception responsibilities and administrative support.
- Maintain a consistent and high quality of customer service when interacting with employees, contractors and visitors.
- General administration duties including correspondence, photocopying, scanning, phone calls etc.
- Assist with transactions e.g. processing Purchase Orders, reconciling invoices and where applicable, weekly banking.
- Maintenance of office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Maintain filing and archive system.
- Booking meetings, events and associated requirements.
Our Candidate Requirements:
- High proficiency in MS Office including Word & Excel.
- Attention to detail is key and a careful and accurate approach is required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Comfortable working in a busy, team based environment.
- Self-motivated, a willingness to participate and add to our friendly and warm culture where employee engagement is key.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent time management skills.
